Confirmation of order
You are responsible for ensuring all details submitted at time of checkout are accurate and complete, in order for us to provide the Service you require. These details include, but are not limited to: name, address, contact telephone number, mobile number, email address, payment details, size and any other custom detail.
Changes to your order
We wait 12 hours after you place your order before we start to process. Within this time you are welcome to contact us if you wish to edit your order or if you change your mind. after this time major changes (such as fabric or style) are not possible and we cannot provide any refund.
We have a none cancellation policy after 12 hours. When we've received your order we will wait 12 hours and then begin to process. All of our items are hand made to order and personalised so they are therefore ineligible for cancellation after this time. Once we start production of your order, we have already invested into the fabrics, trims and components, as well as the workforce and planning for your order. Due to this we are unable to make any changes to your order after this time. Fast track orders will not be eligible for cancellation
Colours and fabrics
Colours may differ slightly due to differences in colour on different devices. As our fabrics are custom printed batches may occasionally differ.
We reserve the right to substitute and use close alternative materials in production, In order to maintain continuity of service which would be required in the rare occasion.
All estimated delivery dates are given in good faith but are not a guarantee of delivery. If an order is fast tracked we will give you a guaranteed shipping date however, we can not be held responsible for any delays by the shipping company. Delays are very unlikely however, due to the bespoke made to order nature of what we do, delays are possible. We recommend you allow extra time in case of delay to receive your order.
