Please allow up to 21 working days for your order to dispatch or check announcement banner for up to date wait times. If you need your order sooner please contact us to discuss fast track options. 

All delivery dates given are an estimate due to the fact that all garments are handmade in-house. We recommend you allow extra time in the rare case of delays. 

All of our parcels are sent with Royal Mail tracked unless otherwise requested.

Returns policy on in store orders

Please note our refund policy is exchange, alteration or credit note only.

If you’re in dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, please let us know within 48 hours that you wish to return and we will allow you to exchange for another style, colour or size. We can also offer a credit note or a free alteration on the item depending on which suits you best. We do not offer free returns or refunds at this time.

Please ensure that when returning garments that they are in their original packaging; unworn, free from makeup and perfume and in a re-sellable condition. Any garment returned to store that show any evidence of being worn will not be accepted .

Bespoke orders 

Bespoke made items will not be eligible for return, as they are made specifically for you at your request often to your own measurements and may not be part of our range. Although we will offer a free alterations service should they be sent back to us within 7 days. We recommend you allow extra time for bespoke orders particularly if it is not one of our perfected designs to ensure you are completely happy with the item in time for your occasion.

 

Sale

If you purchase an item during one of our sales, delivery time may be longer due to the volume of orders received when running sales.

Sale items are not eligible for refund exchange credit or alteration.

International orders

We offer fast and reliable international shipping with DHL Express to ensure your order reaches you in no time. Here are our shipping rates and wait times:

• Ireland: £22 (Next day delivery)
• Europe: £29 (Next day delivery)
• USA: £26 (1-2 days)
• UAE: £36 (2-3 days)
• Australia: £37 (2-5 days)
• Rest of the World: £45 (3-6 days)

Important: Please note that occasionally customs duties or taxes are imposed by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.

International Returns & Exchanges

While returns are not free, we aim to provide a heavily discounted rate to keep the cost as low as possible.

 

Prepaid Return Labels

International returns are not free however we provide reduced-rate prepaid return labels for international returns. When you initiate a return, you can select this option, and the cost will be payable or deducted from your store credit.

Customer-Initiated Return

If you prefer, you can choose your own courier for the return. Simply send us a copy of the return receipt, and we will reimburse you up to a specified amount, depending on your location and the cost of shipping. This allows you to find the most affordable return option.
