DELIVERY & RETURNS
Please allow up to 21 working days for your order to dispatch. If you need your order sooner please contact us to discuss fast track options.
All delivery dates given are an estimate due to the fact that all garments are handmade in-house. We recommend you allow extra time in the rare case of delays.
All of our parcels are sent with Royal Mail tracked unless otherwise requested.
Returns policy on online orders
Please note our refund policy is exchange, alteration or credit note only.
If you’re in dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, please let us know within 48 hours that you wish to return and we will allow you to exchange for another style, colour or size. We will also offer a credit note or a free alteration on the item depending on which suits you best. We do not offer free returns at this time.
Please ensure that when returning garments that you send them in their original packaging; unworn, free from makeup and perfume and in a re-sellable condition. Please ensure that all packages sent back are recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for any lost post. Any garment returned that show any evidence of being worn will not be accepted for an exchange and will be posted back to you.
All returns should be sent back to us within 7 working days of you receiving it.
Bespoke made items will not be eligible for return, as they are made specifically for you at your request often to your own measurements and may not be part of our range. Although we will offer a free alterations service should they be sent back to us within 7 days. We recommend you allow extra time for bespoke orders particularly is not one of our perfected designs to ensure you are completely happy with the item in time for your occaision.
If you purchase an item during one of our sales, delivery time may be longer due to the volume of orders received when running sales.
Sale items are not eligible for refund exchange credit or alteration.
